    Preorder Items: Some of our exclusive or custom items may require preordering weeks in advance to ensure availability and customization. This allows us to prepare your order with the utmost care and attention to detail.

    Instant Purchase: For other items, ordering is as simple as a few clicks away! Our readily available products can be added to your cart and purchased instantly, ready for shipment or pickup according to your preference.

    We strive to provide a seamless ordering experience tailored to your needs, whether you're planning ahead or making an impulse purchase.

  • We offer delivery based on based on our schedule for that day. As a boutique business, we handle deliveries ourselves, ensuring personalized service. A small fee is charged for delivery.

    Please note, if you do not schedule a delivery time, our schedule will continue to be booked - filming content, delivering other customer's order, or in meetings.

    Notify You When Your Order is Ready: We will send you a confirmation message or call you to let you know when your order has been prepared and is ready for dispatch.

    Update You on Delivery Status: We will use your contact number to inform you when our delivery team is in route to your location. This ensures that you are available to receive your order, and it helps us provide a timely and efficient delivery service.

  • Pickup is scheduled based on the customer's convenience. You can choose a time that works best for you. This option allows you to collect your order at your preferred time without additional charges.

  • At Adorn Inwardly, we aim to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible! We accept all major credit cards, as well as modern payment solutions like CashApp and Zelle. Whether you swipe, tap, or transfer, we’ve got you covered. Shop with ease and style at our store!

  • All sales are final. We only accept returns for products damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact us through email within 48 hours of the delivery date.

    Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is placed and sent out.
